Product Strategy & Scoping
Turn a fuzzy idea into a first release you can actually ship, with a clear scope, a realistic date and a short list of risks.

Most projects stall before a line of code is written. We run short, focused discovery sessions that end with a one-page plan: what to build first, what to leave out, and how we will know it worked.
Start with the smallest useful thing
We ask a lot of questions in the first week, mostly about your customers and very little about features. The goal is a first release small enough to ship in weeks, yet useful enough that real people will pay for it or use it every day.
Plans that survive contact with reality
Every plan we write has a date, an owner and a list of open questions. We revisit it every Friday. When something changes, the plan changes with it, in writing, so nobody is surprised at the end of the month.
