Using the site
You are welcome to read, share and link to anything on this site. Please do not:

- use the contact form to send spam, malware or anything unlawful,
- scrape the site in a way that slows it down for other people,
- pretend to be someone you are not when you write to us.
If you do any of these, we may block your access without notice.
Our content
The words, design, code samples and graphics on this site belong to Shipped, unless we say otherwise. You may quote short passages with a link back to the original page. For anything more, such as republishing a full article, ask us first.
Photos on the site are used under their own licences, which are listed in the project credits. Product names and logos of other companies belong to their owners and appear only to describe the tools we use.
What you send us
When you send us a message, you keep ownership of what you wrote. You give us permission to read it, store it and reply to it. How we handle that information is explained in our privacy policy.
Please do not send confidential material through the contact form. If a project needs it, we will agree a safer way to share it.
No warranty
We work hard to keep the site accurate and online, but we provide it “as is”. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that the information on it is complete or current.
Articles and playbook pages describe how we work. They are not professional advice for your situation. Use your own judgement before relying on them.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Shipped is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
