Launches & Migrations
Launch a new product or move an old one without the 2 a.m. surprises: domains, DNS, data and redirects, rehearsed in advance.

Launches and migrations fail in boring ways: a forgotten DNS record, an expired certificate, a redirect that loops. We plan the move, rehearse it on a copy, and run it with a written checklist and a tested way back.
Rehearse first, launch second
Before launch day we run the full move on a staging copy, time every step and write down what went wrong. By the time it counts, the checklist has already been tested at least once.
Always a way back
We lower DNS TTLs days ahead, keep the old system warm until traffic settles, and agree in advance what would make us roll back. Most launches are uneventful. That is exactly the point.
