Our in-house project tracker. One page per project showing what shipped, what is next and every decision made along the way.
Logbook is the tool we built to run client work. Each project gets a single page with the current release, a running log of decisions, and the questions waiting on an answer, readable by everyone involved.
Built out of frustration
Ticket boards are great for engineers and confusing for everyone else. Shared documents go stale within a week. Logbook sits in between: structured enough to stay current, simple enough that a client can read it on their phone between meetings.
Running on the same stack we sell
Logbook runs on a single dedicated server with Docker and Kamal, exactly like our clients’ apps. If something about our hosting setup is annoying, we feel it first, and we fix it for everyone.
